Founded by one of the world’s greatest entrepreneurs, ARUP has grown to be a global firm of consulting engineers, designers, planners, architects and specialist consultants. They built the Sydney Opera House. ARUP helps people build dreams. MEG has helped ARUP Australia build entrepreneurial capacity. MEG consultant, Kevin Hindle and colleagues designed a tailored training course on ‘Practicing Corporate Entrepreneurship’. It focused on developing the potential of three entrepreneurial initiatives from ARUP’s exciting portfolio of innovative opportunities. Participants included the CEO and outcomes resulted not only in enhanced entrepreneurial capacity but the not-so-incidental evaluation of three projects using state-of-the-art entrepreneurial evaluation techniques.
