We live in a mixed economy. Government agencies ranging from Regional authorities, to State and National departments – and a vast array of special program initiatives – play a vital and growing role in seeking to foster innovation and entrepreneurship as key components of building stronger economies and richer societies. For nearly 30 years MENTREG founder, Professor Kevin Hindle and MENTREG’s growing team of international Associates have been involved in helping governments and regional authorities to help business. From regional authorities focused on community re-development, to State Government sponsored small business programs, to major National Government policies and back again to the single government adviser seeking to provide structured help to entrepreneurially inspired individuals, the methodologies derived from the leading edge research of Professor Kevin Hindle and a range of MENTREG associates have put useful tools in the hands of public servants dedicated to assisting private enterprise.
